FAQ
Questions sellers ask us
How do I sell my phone to Zentaris?
WhatsApp us at 016-555 6638 with your phone model, storage and condition. We reply with a quote, then you book a meet-up anywhere in Klang Valley. We check the phone in front of you and pay you on the spot.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang, Kajang, Bangi, Seri Kembangan, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Rawang, Sungai Buloh and surrounding areas.
Do you charge for the meet-up?
No. Meet-ups within Klang Valley are free, and there's no obligation to sell if you change your mind.
How will I be paid?
By cash or instant bank transfer (DuitNow) right after we check the device, before you hand it over.
Will the final price match the WhatsApp quote?
Yes, as long as the phone matches the description and photos you sent. If we find a problem you didn't mention, such as a replaced screen or a weak battery, we'll show you and explain any change before you decide.
Do you buy phones with a cracked screen or that don't turn on?
Yes for most models. Cracked iPhones and Samsung phones are accepted. For phones that won't turn on, send a photo and the model so we can quote you.
Do you buy phones with iCloud lock or that are still on a contract?
We can't buy phones locked to an iCloud, Google or company (MDM) account, or reported lost or stolen. Phones still on a telco contract need the plan settled first. Ask us if you're unsure.
Is my personal data safe?
We sign out of your accounts and factory reset the phone together with you at the meet-up, so your photos, chats and banking apps are erased before the phone leaves your hands.
